• Champion Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build and nurture strong relationships across Sales, Marketing, Strategy & Insights, and Supply to ensure seamless delivery of commercial plans.
• Be the Voice of the Market: Represent the retailer and market perspective within the Category Business Unit, driving actionable strategies that resonate at shelf level and deliver results.
• Shape the Future with Strategic Planning: Support the development of a clear and compelling 5-Year RGM roadmap, leveraging insights from multifunctional teams to guide long-term growth.
• Lead Innovation with Commercial Acumen: Act as a commercial lead on innovation projects, ensuring market needs and executional excellence are embedded from concept to launch.
• Drive Executional Brilliance: Translate strategic plans into tangible actions that deliver value for our consumers and customers, ensuring every initiative is grounded in commercial reality.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• FMCG, commercial or finance experience – highly desirable.
• A strategic mindset with strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships, both internally and externally.
• Excellent communication skills with the confidence to influence and inspire across all levels.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for driving results.
