Job title: RFx and Contract Management Specialist
About the Role The role is responsible for ensuring on-time processing of RFx and Contract Management activities, providing support for special cases, and overseeing SLA and deliverables to drive process efficiency and savings for the client.
What You'll Do
- Ensure on-time processing of RFx and Contract Management activities; monitor root-causes and provide support on special cases as needed.
- Oversee SLA and overall deliverables management; assist in generating savings.
- Use relevant client systems: MS Office, SAP, Ariba eSourcing, Agora, Sequana, Service Now as per activity specifics.
- Act as first point of contact for agents and categories; advise on complex cases.
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports; control exceptions and identify errors/deviations from policies at process level.
- Regularly inform supervisor about process status, queues and performance parameters; report backlog status with regular frequency and escalations.
- Provide QA support and analyze quality issues; offer coaching and training for client and team members/newcomers.
- Manage exceptional/specific transactions/tasks (e.g. allocation, MOM, category procedures/docs maintenance).
- Participate in process calls with stakeholders and TL; document/share key points/MOM as required.
- Back-up for team lead activities; drive standardization/harmonization; support process improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in RFx and Contract Management processes and related activities.
- Ability to act as POC and advisor for complex cases; strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office, SAP, Ariba eSourcing, Agora, Sequana, Service Now.
- Strong reporting skills and ability to manage queues/backlog, escalations.
- Experience with quality assurance, coaching and training; process documentation.
- Capability to drive standardization, continuous improvement, and process optimization.
- Ability to participate in process calls with stakeholders and maintain MOMs.
