About the Role Join the RFQ team as a core member focused on complete seats design. You will be the main contact for cross-functional teams (CFTs) working on JIT RFQs for complete seats. Responsibilities include reading and interpreting customer specifications and RFQ packs, distributing requirements to plastics, foams, wire harness and other component designers, tracking RFQ bidding rounds, organizing bid documents, and ensuring integration of complete seats components and requirements. What You'll Do
- Read and interpret customer specifications and RFQ packs, and distribute requirements clearly within the team to component designers (plastics, foams, wire harness, etc.).
- Track ongoing RFQ bidding rounds, review bid documents, and organize relevant materials for the CFT.
- Sort information within documents and make it available to the CFT.
- Ensure integration of complete seats components and satisfy complete seats requirements. What We're Looking For
- Experience with RFQ processes and JIT RFQ for complete seats is implied.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (CFTs) and coordinate with plastics, foams, wire harness designers.
- Strong documentation and organization skills to track bids and maintain bid documents.
