About the Role Motorola Solutions is seeking an RF Modeling Manager to architect and deploy AI-driven RF localization models and to drive real-time inference pipelines. This role blends RF propagation physics, signal processing, and AI/ML to deliver accurate indoor positioning across diverse environments. What You'll Do
- Architect and develop AI-driven models for indoor localization (fingerprinting, similarity scoring, probabilistic grid-cell prediction, lightweight sensor fusion)
- Build and refine path-loss and RF propagation models including multipath-aware approaches
- Transform raw RF and IMU data into high-quality features via filtering, smoothing, noise reduction, and time-series modeling
- Fuse Wi-Fi RSSI, BLE RSSI, RTT timestamps, and IMU patterns to create hybrid models that outperform single-sensor approaches
