About this role
About the Role The RF Hardware Engineer will develop RF-related hardware for industrial remote control products, independently handling hardware schematic design, PCB/RF layout, and performance optimization. You will design antenna schemes, select and debug RF modules, and work with structure and software teams for complete system integration and testing, ensuring compliance with domestic and international wireless RF regulations. What You'll Do
- Develop RF hardware for industrial remote control products, including schematic diagrams, PCB/RF layout, impedance matching, and wiring optimization.
- Design and optimize antenna schemes, matching, debugging, and performance testing; improve radiation performance and communication distance based on product structure and installation.
- Select, adapt, debug, and test RF modules; perform full RF index testing and optimization.
- Collaborate with structural and software teams to achieve overall machine integration debugging and performance testing.
- Ensure certifications (CE, FCC, SRRC) for products; perform hardware rectification and parameter optimization to achieve compliance.
- Define core RF performance indicators during R&D and resolve RF issues in R&D, pilot production, and mass production.
- Stay familiar with mainstream industrial RF bands (e.g., 433 MHz, 868 MHz, 2.4 GHz) and EMC considerations. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electronic information, communication engineering, RF microwave, microelectronics, or related fields; 5+ years of RF hardware R&D experience.
- Familiarity with industrial wireless control product development is preferred.
- Proficient in Altium Designer and Cadence; able to independently complete schematic design, PCB RF layout, impedance matching, and wiring optimization; familiarity with RF PCB design specs and EMC design.
- Proficient with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes); capable of RF index testing, problem location, performance optimization, and rectification.
- Excellent cross-team collaboration to work with structural and software teams on machine debugging and performance optimization.
- Familiar with SRRC, CE, and FCC radio frequency certification items. Nice to Have
- Experience with industrial wireless control product development is preferred (explicitly mentioned). Compensation & Benefits
- 13th salary, annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. Benefits vary by country and contract.
