Job Description

Rework/Soldering Technician Love fixing, building, and perfecting things? We’re looking for a skilled Technician to solder, rework, inspect, and assemble electronic components. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in quality craftsmanship, this is the role for you!

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate equipment to produce assemblies
• Inspect work for quality and compliance with IPC-610 standards
• Place SMT and PIH components
• Perform basic soldering and rework of SMT operations
• Maintain equipment
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous printed circuit board assembly experience with through-hole soldering technique preferred

• Knowledge of IPC-610 or previous certification is a plus

• Ability to interpret engineering documentation and work instructions

• Ability to reach and comprehend component part markings and polarity

• Mechanical aptitude, visual acuity, and finger dexterity

• Intermediate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

• The Rework/Soldering Technician works Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm. We look forward to hearing from you!
