Role Overview
The Reward Manager is an individual contributor who lead and shape the reward strategy and execution for both Malaysia and Singapore. This role is part of the Reward Asia region with considerable exposure to regional and global initiatives. This position demands a seasoned professional with solid Reward experience capable of ensuring that all local compensation and benefits programs in both countries are not only legally compliant and market competitive but also strategically aligned with the global compensation philosophy and actively contribute to attracting, retaining, and motivating talent across both markets.
- Key stakeholders’ interaction:
- Regional reward team members in Asia, Global Mobility Team, Reward CoE, local management teams, local payroll, People Services and Solutions Team in Malaysia, Country HRBP, Business Group staff functions.
