About the Role
The Reward Manager leads the delivery of core reward processes for the Americas, aligning with global reward governance to support fair, competitive and scalable reward practices. You’ll partner with People Partners, Talent Acquisition and business leaders to provide expert guidance that enhances attraction, internal equity and employee experience. You’ll be the Americas’ compensation and benefits expert, applying local market insight and regulatory knowledge while contributing to global reward policy adoption across your markets.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert advice on compensation, benefits and total reward matters, and translate complex reward concepts into practical guidance for stakeholders.
- Partner with People Partners and business leaders to ensure reward policies are understood and applied consistently in the Americas, influencing decision-making with data-driven insight.
- Lead delivery of core reward and global mobility activities across the Americas, including: annual base pay reviews and annual bonus processes; non-retail pay reviews; and benefits strategy, renewals, regulatory reporting, broker management and open enrolment.
- Support design, governance and execution of incentive and bonus plans; collaborate with Finance and Payroll on modelling and payout processes.
- Implement, communicate and operate global reward programmes in your markets (bonus plans, ESPP, wellbeing, recognition, etc.).
- Act as local advocate for reward programmes, ensuring managers and employees understand access and usage; be the global mobility partner for the Americas, ensuring alignment with reward frameworks and local regulatory requirements.
- Own and maintain the Americas job catalogue as part of the global job architecture; lead job evaluation and leveling; support pay structures within global guardrails; participate in market benchmarking and interpret data for pay positioning.
- Contribute to the evolution of global reward frameworks and policies; support hiring managers and People Partners with market-aligned recommendations for pay decisions on hires, promotions and role changes.
- Lead and develop the reward team in the Americas, coaching and ensuring high-quality, consistent delivery of reward processes.
What We're Looking For
- Strong knowledge of reward principles, including job evaluation, benchmarking, salary structure design and pay administration; experience across total reward (benefits, recognition, regulatory reporting).
- Proven experience delivering core reward processes in a complex, multinational environment; strong analytical mindset and ability to work with reward data and insights.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to present data clearly to varied audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder partnership and influence, able to build trusted relationships and explain technical concepts to non-specialists; balancing pragmatism with governance.
- Proactive, organized, independent, with integrity and fairness in all reward decisions; confident decision-maker with good judgment on escalation; committed to developing others.
