We are looking for a talented Revit Modeler to collaborate remotely with our client, an architectural firm based in Colorado. What you will do
- Create 3D models during the Schematic Design (SD) phase.
- Produce complete SD sets of plans, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
- Develop full Design Development (DD) sets of plans, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.
- Prepare permit sets to present to local authorities.
- Produce complete construction document (CD) sets for general contractors.
- Pick up and implement redlines efficiently during the SD and CD phases.
- Proactively communicate progress, needs, and requirements to the client, rather than waiting to be contacted.
What you'll need to know
- A bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- 3+ years of experience as an architect or Revit Modeler.
- Strong proficiency in Revit.
- An advanced English level.
- Proven experience managing all stages of set development, from starting a project from scratch to overseeing renovations.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset. Keeping the client informed is key to this role.
- High level of autonomy, strong self-management skills, and attention to detail.
