We are excited to provide you with opportunities to grow. Organize the daily activities of the Revenue Management department. Perform the whole cycle of the monthly closing of the Customer Profitability Report. Manage and update the department’s databases. Analyze critically the department’s database to make sure its reliability. Analyze critically the department’s database and intelligence gathered with platform teams to provide explanations on the key changes in the customers’ profitability, as well as to provide insights on opportunities for customer profitability improvement. Develop from scratch and maintain the department’s spreadsheets and databases. Develop from scratch and maintain the department’s analytical tools (Power BI etc.). Develop the department’s presentations. Gather and seek accuracy of revenue, customer, costs, operational information – among others – from the company’s platform teams to be applied in the Customer Profitability calculation and report. Provide timely and adequate solutions to problems that may come up during the department processes to avoid delays.

Education: Business, Accounting, Engineering and similar degrees. Additional Knowledge: Graduate degree in Finance is desired. Required experience: Revenue management, Cost accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis, Controllership. Supply chain (especially cold chain) are a plus. Similar relevant experience. Technical Knowledge: Accounting, Finance, Cost allocation. Tech suite: MS Excel, Power point, Word, Power BI. Python and SQL are a plus.

Skills/Competences: Database handling ability, Critical analysis, Attention to details, Organization, Communication skills, Systematic thinking, Supply chain and food industry operations knowledge are a plus. Languages: English (at least Intermediary), Spanish (at least Basic).
