About the role

We are seeking an experienced Revenue Operations professional to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing sales operations, pricing strategies, and revenue processes to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Own weekly sales reporting and sales operations to ensure accurate and timely data.
• Manage pricing and deal desk activities to optimize revenue generation.
• Improve and streamline revenue-related processes across the organization.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and present insights and updates effectively.

Requirements

• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in revenue operations or sales operations.

• Strong experience in SaaS sales operations.

• Hands-on expertise with HubSpot for sales and revenue management.

• Excellent presentation and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in contact center operations is a plus.

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India

• Salary: 20 - 50 LPA
