About this role
Love Turning Leads Into Revenue? So Do We.
At NewLaw Business Model, we're helping estate planning lawyers build thriving businesses through education, coaching, technology and managed services.
We're looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Specialist who combines commercial thinking, technical expertise and a passion for improving conversion.
This isn't a traditional CRM administration or sales support role. You'll partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to uncover revenue opportunities, evaluate solutions and build the systems and processes that help us attract, engage and convert more prospective members.
The Opportunity
You'll play a critical role in improving how NewLaw attracts, engages and converts prospective members across our education, membership and B2B managed-services offerings.
As a key partner to Sales and Marketing, you'll bring an independent, data-driven perspective to revenue performance—identifying what's working, where we're losing opportunities and what we should do differently.
You'll evaluate conversion challenges, recommend commercial and operational improvements, design more effective lead journeys and independently build the technology and tools needed to bring those ideas to life. This includes everything from HubSpot architecture, lead scoring and automated follow-up to conversion experiments, sales enablement, reporting and AI-powered workflows.
You'll have meaningful autonomy to investigate revenue performance, evaluate alternative approaches, recommend solutions, make implementation decisions within your area of responsibility and lead cross-functional improvements.
You'll also help establish the operational standards and systems that support a more efficient, scalable revenue engine.
Your work will directly influence conversion rates, sales effectiveness, customer acquisition efficiency and revenue growth.
