Job title: Revenue Manager
About the Role RingCentral is expanding its Finance Team and is seeking a Revenue Manager for Bengaluru. The role has a critical and highly visible function in the process design, implementation, documentation, and accurate recording of revenue. The Revenue Manager will own all accounting aspects of revenue recognition and must understand, analyze, and communicate financial impacts to revenue throughout the organization.
What You'll Do
- Own all accounting aspects of revenue recognition, including process design, implementation, documentation, and accurate recording of revenue.
- Analyze and communicate the financial impacts of revenue decisions to stakeholders across the organization.
- Design and implement revenue processes and controls in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Operations, Deal Desk) and the Revenue team at the head office.
- Coordinate with regional finance and head office teams to ensure timely and accurate revenue reporting.
- Report to the Sr. Director of Revenue in Belmont, CA and collaborate with the global Revenue function.
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience working remotely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Legal, Operations, Deal Desk, etc.) and coordinating with the Revenue team at head office.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end revenue recognition.
- Experience reviewing revenue deal structures and communicating financial impacts to stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment.
