About the Role
Support the execution of the pricing and revenue strategy for multiple assigned markets, property types and customer segments. Partner with the Regional Director of Revenue Management to prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts and budgets; execute pricing experiments and initiatives; support cross-functional projects that unlock new revenue capabilities; partner with city General Managers to evaluate past performance and propose future pricing and inventory strategies.
What You'll Do
- Provide critical analysis of strategies, room statistics and demand factors.
- Conduct displacement analysis of group business as needed to determine impact on RevPAR.
- Review competitive shops daily and identify selling strategies, opportunities and market trends.
- Review demand calendars, convention calendars and city event calendars to monitor demand generators weekly.
- Monitor and balance inventory across properties and markets to optimize revenue while ensuring alignment between PMS and RMS systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement pricing and inventory changes.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or related field; 1+ years in Revenue Management or equivalent in hotel sales/operational roles.
- Strong analytical skills; ability to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency with revenue management software (One Yield a plus) and property management systems.
- Experience with Google Workspace, SQL, Tableau or related tools.
- Strong written and oral communication; ability to present complex data to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Opera Cloud PMS; Marriott Systems experience strongly preferred.
- Preference for living/working in a city within the assigned region (e.g., Seattle, Denver, Phoenix, LA).
- Ability to present complex data during weekly virtual meetings.
Nice to Have
- Marriott brand experience; familiarity with hospitality industry dynamics in assigned regions.
- Experience working internationally or across multiple markets.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $43,313 - $77,175 USD annually.
- Equity, benefits and discretionary bonus may be additional compensation.
