Job Title: Rev Cycle PM
Location: Fort Mill, South Carolina (Remote)
Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager for Revenue Cycle Applications for Acute and Ambulatory settings. This role is pivotal in supporting a facility's conversion to Epic, with a go-live date in March 2027. The primary focus will be on the charging build, testing, and claims scenario testing, rather than the core application build. The ideal candidate will have a background in Epic Revenue Cycle integration and experience managing this type of facility integration project.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate discovery, build, testing, and go-live preparation activities for the revenue cycle workstream.

Manage charge testing and validation, coordinating with clinical areas to ensure all requirements are met.

Oversee claims scenario testing and ensure the integrity of the charging build.

Facilitate patient backload processes and other front-end Revenue Cycle workflows.

Work across different teams to keep the Revenue Cycle workstreams moving forward effectively.

Utilize project management tools, primarily Excel, to track progress and manage tasks.

Required Qualifications
Experience
- Proven experience with Epic integrations or implementations, particularly with a focus on the revenue cycle.
- Demonstrated experience in charge testing and validation processes.
- Experience with both ambulatory and acute workflows.
- Strong understanding of full Revenue Cycle workflows, from front-end through back-end.
- Experience with front-end Revenue Cycle tasks, including patient backload.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency with Epic Revenue Cycle modules.

Competency with project management tools, specifically Excel.
