About this role
We are recruiting Retention Agents on behalf of a large, regulated forex company for its office in Sofia. You will manage a portfolio of existing clients, build long-term relationships, and grow client activity and deposits. This is a relocation opportunity for experienced retention professionals, with a focus on applicants based in Serbia.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of active trading clients

Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by phone and email

Encourage additional deposits and continued trading activity

Re-engage inactive clients and reduce churn

Keep clients informed about market updates, products and platform features

Handle client queries and concerns professionally

Meet monthly retention and deposit targets

Keep accurate client records in the CRM

Follow all regulatory and compliance procedures
Requirements

Proven retention experience in the forex or CFD industry

Fluent English, spoken and written

Strong relationship-building and sales skills

Good understanding of financial markets and trading products

Target-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
