About the Company

Our client is a well-established, fast-growing online trading company based in Cyprus, known for a great working culture and strong career progression, now expanding their Australian retention desk.

The Role

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing Australian clients, building strong relationships, driving re-deposits and keeping clients active. The early shift matches Australian business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of existing AU clients and build long-term relationships

• Drive re-deposits and client trading activity to hit monthly targets

• Reactivate dormant clients and reduce churn

• Support clients with account queries, platform guidance and market updates

• Keep accurate CRM records

• Work closely with the Conversion, Support and Compliance teams

• Ensure all client communication meets regulatory and KYC/AML requirements

Requirements

• 1+ years in a Retention or Account Manager role, ideally in forex/CFDs or online trading

• Proven track record of hitting deposit or sales targets

• Native or fluent English with a confident phone manner

• Comfortable with the early 05:00–14:00 shift

• MT4/MT5 knowledge an advantage

• Australian market experience a strong advantage

• Based in Cyprus or eligible to work in Cyprus/EU
