About the Role PUMA's Retail training curriculum encompasses Brand and Product Knowledge, Selling, Functional and Leadership Skills, delivered via workshops and eLearning modules. This role supports delivering and sustaining the training program to empower store teams to act as brand ambassadors and drive Forever Faster in customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Facilitate or support Retail Training workshops and eLearning modules covering Brand/Product Knowledge, Selling, Functional and Leadership Skills.
- Translate PUMA heritage, product stories and technology into engaging training that helps staff sell with confidence.
- Collaborate with global training professionals and PUMA University for Trainers to coach and develop local Retail talent.
- Help drive store performance by enabling trainees to apply learning and raise the customer experience.
