About the role

Job Requirements

• · Responsible for retail technology Delivery for New Age POS , systems integration and Master Data management

• · Primary Run lead for Retail technology solutions for New Age POS and Master Data Management

• · Leading and managing new technology innovation in retail technology to meet emerging needs in a business

• · Accountable deliverables meet requirements for New age POS w.r.t. reliability, availability, availability, manageability, performance, and security and compliance.

• · Extensive experience working in the Retail POS and a broad understanding of POS transactions

• · Integrate New digital Software tools (3rd Party tools) required for enhancing Customer Experience

• · Optimize / Reduce timing of Master Data across the stores

• · Promptly resolves issues faced during operationalization by working with different stakeholders

• · Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment

• · Effectively manage risks associated with projects and scrum team

• · Design for reliability, availability, and scalability

• · Support product implementation and deployment

• · Able to balance multiple priorities.

• · Act as a trusted adviser, coach or a guide in the team.

• Work Experience

• · Making sure of Master Data management is correct at all POSS and EPOSS level at any point of time

• · Review of all technical deliverables and to maintain high quality of deliverables.

• · Clarify the dependencies of use cases with the project team and business team

• · Mentoring and coaching the team for technical delivery.

• · Role is to understand required business outcomes, implement requirements and provide technical advisory and common solution delivery.

• · Overall industry experience of 8+ years of Information Technology experience

• · Qualification Post Graduate or Engineering Degree in Computer Science

• · Experience of delivering POS solutions

• · Strong and Extensive experience in MSSQL Database

• · Strong experience in technical documentation writing and Project Management skills

• · Good communication and writing skills

• Must-have skills
