About the Role Join LEGO Brand Retail as a part-time Team Leader in Omaha, NE. You will lead a high-performing team, deliver a brand experience for customers, and provide training to help the team exceed standards for customer service, product knowledge and sales.

What You'll Do

• Provide training to enhance the team's ability to exceed our standards for customer service, product knowledge and sales.
• Maximize profitable sales by regularly reviewing sales and margin information.
• Ensure space management techniques are used effectively and maintain the store graphics system, including pricing, with a focus on customer service and profitable sales.
• Keep fixtures replenished and the stockroom organized; ensure products are merchandised on the shop floor; support loss prevention targets.
• Evaluate competitor visual merchandising and identify opportunities to develop our business.
• Train Sales Associates on visual merchandising techniques per LEGO Brand Retail guidelines.
• Motivate and develop a high-performance team by sharing LEGO Brand values; deliver inspirational retail experiences.
• Represent LEGO Brand Retail as the face of the company; foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.

What We're Looking For

• Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
• Experience delivering employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Proficiency with point of sale automated systems.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising expertise.
• Availability to work up to 30 hours per week.
• Physical ability: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders; ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
