- Manage day-to-day store operations to achieve revenue targets and uphold standards of excellence.
- Coach and develop store associates, manage recruitment, retention and employee relations.
- Drive sales performance through coaching, customer service, and adherence to brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, scheduling, and labor practices. What We're Looking For
- 2+ years retail management experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
