About the Role The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily store operations for Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, in the St. Louis area. You will lead a high-performing team, drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staffing, training, cash handling and inventory, and contribute to community engagement and brand standards. What You'll Do
- Manage full operation of retail store including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash handling and inventory control
- Lead, coach and develop a winning sales team; recruit and retain top talent; meet or exceed performance goals
- Schedule staffing to meet business needs, manage performance, and ensure coverage during peak hours
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with T-Mobile standards and protect loss prevention; manage P&L as applicable
