Agu.ng is seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Store Manager to lead the operations of a premium fashion store across multiple locations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and consistently achieve store targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the store team.
- Oversee inventory, stock levels, and loss prevention.
- Ensure excellent customer service and effective clienteling.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and brand presentation.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day store operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years’ relevant experience in retail sales/store operations or related sectors.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
- Experience with POS and inventory management systems.
- Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability.
- Passion for fashion, style, and customer experience.
