About the Role Part-time Seasonal Retail Store Associate with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience, assisting with sales, stocking merchandise, and supporting store operations. What You'll Do
- Assist customers, address their needs, and promote products, services, and solutions to enhance the shopping experience.
- Maintain store and department appearance, ensure proper signage, merchandising, and adherence to stock and freight processes.
- Develop product knowledge in tech and print areas; complete required training and pursue applicable certifications.
- Support loss prevention efforts and follow company policies; perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no prior experience required; retail sales experience preferred.
- Skills & Competencies: Basic computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access); ability to use POS systems; strong reading/writing/counting; excellent interpersonal and customer-facing communication. Nice to Have
- Retail experience in sales is a plus; willingness to pursue certifications in Tech/Print as required. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
