To assign tasks and monitor staff performance, ensure adequate reserve of stocks, handle customer complaints and queries appropriately, oversee financial and other record and security arrangements for the premises, examine quality of merchandise, ensure effective use of advert and display facility at the premises. To coordinate between management and staff.
