About this role
YOUR MISSION
- Du stellst gemeinsam mit dem Store Manager sicher, dass der Store durch den effektiven Einsatz von kurz- und langfristiger Planung, Kostenkontrolle und erstklassigen Service kontinuierlich die Umsatz-, KPI- und Profitabilitätsziele erreicht oder übertrifft
- Du gewährleistest eine konstant hohe Kundenzufriedenheit innerhalb des Stores gemäß unseren PUMA Werten und den etablierten Service Standards. Du bist verantwortlich für die akkurate Ausführung von Verkäufen, Umtausch, Rückerstattung, sowie Rabattaktionen) an der Kasse während du sicherstellst, dass alle Richtlinien eingehalten werden
- Du unterstützt den Store Manager bei der Rekrutierung, Schulung, Entwicklung, Coaching, Motivation und Erhaltung von leistungsstarken und ergebnisorientierten Teammitgliedern
