Job Summary
- We are seeking a friendly, organised, and sales-driven individual to manage front-store sales, attend to customers, and support the company’s social media activities.
- The ideal candidate must be comfortable with customer service, retail sales, and creating and posting engaging content on Instagram.
Key Responsibilities

Attend to customers, recommend products, and drive sales.

Sell greeting cards, gift wraps, gift bags, hampers, and other gift items.

Handle payments, maintain sales records, and monitor stock.

Keep the store clean, organised, and attractive.

Take product photos and videos for social media.

Create and publish Instagram posts, Stories, and Reels.

Write engaging captions and respond to customer enquiries via Instagram and WhatsApp.

Promote products and convert online enquiries into sales.

Requirements and Experience

Minimum of SSCE; OND or equivalent is an advantage.

Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred.

Must be familiar with Instagram, including posts, Stories, and Reels.

Good communication, basic computer, and smartphone skills.

Canva or other basic design skills are an advantage.

Must be honest, presentable, proactive, organised, and customer-focused.

Must have an interest in sales, gifts, and social media marketing.
Ideal Candidate:
- Someone who can confidently attend to customers in-store, promote products online, and contribute to growing Jania Cards Factory’s sales and brand visibility.
Salary
N65,000 - N85,000 / month.
