About the Role Join Sun Com Mobile as a Retail Sales Consultant in Alice, TX. The role focuses on exceeding sales quotas by selling handsets, rate plans, and accessories while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining store appearance. What You'll Do
- Exceed monthly sales quotas
- Deliver high quality sales that exceed benchmarks on key metrics
- Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per company guidance and benchmarks set by management
- Practice specific behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics as indicated by management
- Perform as a role model for sales behaviors in the store environment What We're Looking For
- Ability to meet sales quotas and drive results
- Stand for long periods and maintain appearance; reliable transportation
- High school diploma preferred Nice to Have
- 1 year retail sales experience preferred Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year (USD)
