About the Role The Retail Sales Consultant will represent Sun Com Mobile in Hartsville, driving sales of handsets, rate plans and accessories while delivering excellent customer service. This in-person role focuses on meeting sales targets, maintaining store standards, and helping teammates succeed. What You'll Do
- Exceed monthly sales quotas and deliver high-quality sales that meet or exceed company benchmarks.
- Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
- Model best practices, support new hires and fellow Retail Sales Consultants, and perform other tasks as assigned.
- Adhere to policies and cash procedures, protect company assets, and prevent fraudulent purchases.
- Master required systems (Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, etc.) and maintain accurate sales paperwork with zero discrepancies.
- Open/close the store with thorough checklists, report inventory issues promptly, and maintain store appearance.
- Complete all required training within management timelines. What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States; reliable transportation; able to stand for long periods.
- Availability of at least 4 days/30 hours per week; high school or equivalent preferred.
- 1 year retail sales experience preferred; Spanish language ability preferred. Nice to Have
- Spanish language (Preferred). Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $25,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year.
