Retail Sales Associates

About the Role Retail Sales Associates are the face of the Dr. Martens brand in-store, responsible for delivering knowledge and passion for products, driving sales, and supporting the brand’s footprint across the Americas. You’ll work in a team-selling environment, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure merchandising and store standards. What You'll Do

• Sell Dr. Martens footwear, apparel, and accessories while achieving personal sales goals and KPIs set by the Store Manager.
• Deliver exceptional customer service: greet customers, share product knowledge, assist with brand storytelling to maximize sell-through.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash register operations.
• Organize and maintain merchandise per Brand Marketing guidelines; replenish stock from back room to floor.
• Maintain clean store fronts, stock room, and employee areas; light cleaning duties. What We're Looking For
• Previous retail sales experience, preferably footwear or fashion apparel.
• Experience contributing to business goals and KPIs in a team environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a team; Multilingual a plus.
• Basic math skills; ability to count back change; ability to calculate percentages.
• Proficiency with MS Office, retail/register systems, web-based programs, and inventory systems; MPOS experience a plus.
• Initiative, detail-oriented, reliable; willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Punctual and able to adhere to scheduled shifts.
• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds and to carry shoe boxes on ladders/stairs.
• 0% travel; no international/domestic travel required. Nice to Have
