About the Role The Retail Sales Associates represent the Dr. Martens brand, combining product knowledge with customer passion to help achieve store goals. This role emphasizes providing outstanding service, driving sales, and supporting the brand’s footprint in the Americas region. What You'll Do
- Sell Dr. Martens footwear, apparel, and accessories; achieve personal sales goals and KPI targets as set by the Store Manager.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, sharing product and brand knowledge, and helping to maximize sell-through.
- Process sales transactions accurately and promptly, meeting cash register system requirements.
- Organize and maintain merchandise to meet Brand Marketing guidelines and enhance product appeal.
- Replenish merchandise from stockroom to the sales floor.
- Clean and maintain the retail storefront, stock room, and all employee areas (dusting, mirrors, vacuuming). What We're Looking For
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or fashion apparel.
- Experience contributing to business goals and KPI targets in a team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally; multilingual a plus.
- Basic math ability, including calculating percentages and counting back change.
- Proficient in MS Office, retail/register systems, web-based programs, and inventory systems; MPOS a plus.
- Ability to take initiative, be detail-oriented, and work evenings, weekends, and holidays; punctual with scheduled shifts.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and carry shoe boxes while climbing a ladder or stairs.
- Travel not required (0%); strong connection with the Brand and its Fundamentals. Nice to Have
- Multilingual capabilities.
- Experience with MPOS.
- Prior experience in footwear or fashion retail. Compensation & Benefits
