About the Role
Timekeepers International Limited, a retailer and distributor of watches, jewellery, and accessories, is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to drive sales, maintain customer relationships, and deliver excellent in-store service.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to customers and respond to enquiries about the company’s products.
- Serve walk-in customers and encourage repeat purchases through excellent customer service.
- Build relationships with existing clients and support market penetration.
- Promote sales and represent the company professionally.
- Stay informed about the brands and products sold.
- Handle product merchandising and provide after-sales support.
- Prepare weekly reports and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- BSc or HND.
- Must have completed NYSC or possess an exemption letter.
- Good customer service, communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of the retail market; retail sales experience is an advantage.
- Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and stand for long periods.
- Must reside in Asaba or nearby areas.
