About the Role
Join PUMA as a Retail Sales Associate at our Outlet Schönenwerd location. You will deliver outstanding customer service aligned with PUMA values, drive sales performance, and ensure accurate checkout, store presentation, and merchandise flow. This part-time role supports flexible scheduling and teamwork to create an engaging shopping experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer service and apply PUMA service standards on the floor.
- Ensure individual performance meets or exceeds sales, KPI, and profitability targets through effective customer engagement.
- Ensure quick, competent, secure, and accurate processing of sales transactions at the register.
- Maintain store cleanliness and order and comply with Visual Merchandising Guidelines.
- Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise, and maintain accurate stock/receipts.
- Identify opportunities to improve merchandise flow and communicate these to the team.
- Join the team in flexible part-time scheduling.

- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
