About the Role New Balance is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate for our store in King of Prussia, PA. This role helps customers, supports store operations, and represents the New Balance brand through exceptional service and product knowledge. What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service, assist customers in selecting footwear and gear, and answer product questions.
- Handle sales transactions at the register and process returns accurately.
- Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising to meet brand standards; restock shelves and organize displays.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals and deliver a great shopping experience. What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a flexible schedule.
- Enthusiasm for sports and athletic footwear a plus. Nice to Have
- Prior retail or sales experience; knowledge of athletic footwear brands.
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $13.40 - $20.15 per hour.
