About the Role Retail Sales Associate (PT) at New Balance Round Rock, TX, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, applying product knowledge, and supporting store operations to ensure a smooth shopping experience. What You'll Do
- Provide customer service using proper selling techniques, product knowledge, and the GUEST service model: greet customers, assess needs, educate on features, resolve questions, and close sales.
- Measure and fit customers with appropriate NB products; inform about promotions; keep floor neat, stocked, and properly labeled.
- Protect products by tagging/detaching security tags, monitoring floor merchandise, and reporting shrinkage; follow safety procedures and report accidents. What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older; customer-facing person who is a team player.
- Prior retail experience preferred but not required; strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with cash register functions; ability to perform basic math; ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance; stand for extended periods; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $12.80 - $19.20 hourly (base pay varies by experience/location).
