About the Role New Balance is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate to help our Branson store operate smoothly and deliver exemplary customer service. Educated with expert product knowledge, you’ll apply proper selling techniques to assist customers at every step and positively represent the New Balance brand. What You'll Do
- Greet customers and initiate contact to understand needs
- Educate customers on product features and benefits
- Provide solutions and answer questions; close sales through suggestive and multiple selling
- Help measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product
- Inform customers about promotions and events
- Keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked; ensure items are properly labeled and priced
- Protect products by tagging, monitoring, reporting shrinkage and security issues
- Follow safety regulations and promptly report accidents or near misses What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older; customer-focused and a “people person”
- Past retail experience preferred but not required; strong customer service and verbal communication
- Ability to work well in a team; comfortable with cash register operations
- Basic math skills; ability to perform tasks quickly and accurately
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance; stand for extended periods; climb stairs/ladders as needed Nice to Have
- Prior experience in athletic footwear or retail environment Compensation & Benefits
- Pay range: $14.85 - $17.85 per hour (actual pay may reflect experience and location)
