About the Role New Balance seeks a Part-time Retail Sales Associate for The Grove Flagship Store in Los Angeles. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional in-store experience through authentic customer engagement, product knowledge, and maintaining a welcoming, organized retail environment. This position supports the brand's values and drives customer satisfaction on a part-time/seasonal basis. What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and engaging customers, asking thoughtful questions to understand their needs, and recommending products.
- Measure and fit customers, answer questions, and resolve concerns professionally and timely.
- Represent New Balance brand values – integrity, teamwork, and total customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked floor; ensure merchandise is properly labeled, priced, and displayed.
- Support loss-prevention efforts. What We're Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong customer-service mindset; ability to greet customers, communicate clearly and professionally with customers and teammates.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical requirements: ability to lift between 4-8 lbs; ability to move or assist with moving product up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods; kneel, squat, and climb ladders or stairs as needed.
- Preferred prior experience working in a retail or customer-facing environment. Nice to Have

- Salary: hourly pay ranging from $17.87 to $23.60, with base pay varying by experience, time in role, internal equity, geographic location, and more.
