About the Role Retail Sales Associates ensure our stores operate smoothly and provide exemplary customer service by using product knowledge and proper selling techniques. In this part-time role, you will assist customers, fit and educate on NB products, and support loss prevention and store upkeep to reflect the New Balance brand. What You'll Do
- Greet customers and make contact; understand their needs and educate on product features and benefits
- Drive sales through suggestive selling, multiple selling, and effective closing
- Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate New Balance products
- Inform customers about promotions and current offers
- Keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked; ensure items are labeled and priced properly
- Protect products by monitoring merchandise, attaching/detaching security tags, and reporting shrinkage
