About the Role Burberry is seeking a proactive Retail Sales Associate for our offline stores in Yeoju. The role focuses on achieving and surpassing personal and store sales targets, executing franchise, operational efficiency and cross-department development strategies, and developing new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients. You will deliver the Burberry Experience in every interaction and uphold the brand’s standards.

What You'll Do

• Embrace Burberry Experience and follow training guidelines to reflect the luxury image; consistently achieve personal sales targets.
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Actively cultivate new clients and convert them into loyal customers; maintain relationships with existing clients; invite repeat visits via email; utilize an up-to-date Client Book for sales.
• Maintain Visual Standards and adhere to company rules and Burberry guidelines; apply visual merchandising techniques.
• Manage floorset execution; place products in the right places, replenish stock, and maintain pricing invisibility as appropriate.
• Ensure Floor Presence & Maintenance: start of day readiness, end of day replenishment, stay actively engaged; keep fitting rooms clean.
• Back of House Support: assist with markdown processes, annual inventory, sales events; deliver items; organize Back of House storage.

What We're Looking For

• Proactive, positive, responsible mindset with clear and efficient communication and the ability to work closely with teammates.
• Results-driven and flexible, with a passion for fashion and design.
• Knowledge of POS and store systems; at least 1 year of luxury or related industry experience.
• Language skills: Chinese and English preferred.
• Education: high school diploma or higher; fashion-related degree preferred.
