About the Role
Newell Brands is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional guest experience in our Branson, MO store. You will help drive sales through product knowledge and guest engagement, support store standards, and collaborate with the team to meet KPIs.
What You'll Do
- Guest Experience: Contribute to a welcoming store environment, understand guest needs through product knowledge, and build lasting relationships to drive loyalty.
- Drive sales through company selling strategies and loyalty programs.
- Assist in maintaining store appearance with plan-o-grams, signage, and store cleanliness.
- Team Experience: Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team that upholds Newell Brands values and fosters positive communication.
- Operational Experience: Support inventory management, control expenses, and incorporate safety and loss prevention measures; strive to meet or exceed KPI goals through strategic planning and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or GED.
- Retail experience (1+ years) preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
