About the Role The part-time onsite Retail Sales Associate role at Newell Brands in Baltimore focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience, driving sales, and supporting store operations in alignment with company values.
What You'll Do
- Create a welcoming store environment by understanding guest needs, applying product knowledge, and building lasting relationships.
- Maximize sales by implementing company selling strategies, driving loyalty through the Rewards program, and tracking KPIs.
- Maintain store appearance per visual standards, including planograms, signage, and store cleanliness.
- Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team aligned with Newell Brand Values (Passion for Winning, Integrity, Leadership, Ownership, Teamwork).
- Assist with inventory management, control expenses, and incorporate safety and loss prevention measures; strive to meet or exceed KPI goals.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of retail experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
Nice to Have
- 1+ years of retail experience (preferred).
- Familiarity with customer loyalty programs and visual standards.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly salary: $16.00 - $20.00 USD per hour.
