About the Role Michael Kors is seeking talented, globally-minded individuals to join a creative, fast-paced retail environment. The role focuses on achieving personal and store sales goals, developing client relationships, and maintaining the highest level of customer service. The position also involves assisting in store operations, merchandising, and human resources-related tasks as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Meet personal and store sales goals
  • Develop personal and associates' sales techniques to maximize sales
  • Use elevated levels of sales and service to maximize performance
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of merchandise
  • After closing a sale, coordinate shipping, alterations (if applicable), and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain sales policies and procedures; stay current on fashion trends
  • Support and encourage staff to provide top-tier customer service
  • Build and maintain repeat clientele using client books
  • Resolve client issues quickly and effectively
  • Assist sales associates with customer service issues (returns, defective merchandise)
  • Collaborate with store manager on risk management, security, cash controls, and inventory management
  • Train staff on register usage and maintenance; execute management register functions
  • Assist with stock, shipping, receiving, and related paperwork; participate in inventories
  • For Offsite locations: drive product to/from Offsite locations as needed
  • Ensure selling floor is neat, organized, stocked and reflects brand visuals
  • Assist in merchandising and visual directives; process deliveries timely
  • Identify product concerns and communicate inventory needs to support business goals

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of specialty retail experience
  • Professional image and grooming reflective of the Michael Kors brand
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with merchandising, inventory processes, and basic HR-related tasks
  • Demonstrated interest in fashion industry and market trends
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays
