Hiring for a New Homefurnishing Stores at Andheri & Ghatkopar Retail Sales Associate - Luxury Home & Lifestyle — Premium Retail About the Opportunity We are building a new-age premium consumer brand with a strong focus on experience, design and exceptional customer relationships. Our stores are designed to be more than just retail spaces—they are destinations where customers discover the brand, experience the products and receive thoughtful, personalised guidance. We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) who brings warmth, confidence and genuine curiosity to every customer interaction. The Role As a CRE, you will be the face of the brand on the retail floor. Your role goes beyond selling a product. You will understand the customer, identify their needs, create a personalised experience and confidently guide them towards the right solution. What You Will Own • Deliver a warm, personalised and premium customer experience from the moment a customer enters the store. • Drive sales through assisted and consultative selling, rather than transactional selling. • Understand customer needs through meaningful conversations and recommend the right products accordingly. • Develop strong product knowledge and confidently communicate product features, benefits and differentiators. • Build long-term customer relationships that encourage repeat purchases, referrals and brand advocacy. • Consistently achieve individual sales and productivity targets. • Maintain accurate customer information and interactions through CRM systems. • Support customer follow-ups and clienteling initiatives. • Ensure the store is always maintained to premium visual and presentation standards. • Handle customer queries with patience, empathy and a solutions-oriented approach. What We’re Looking For • 2–4 years of experience in retail sales, customer experience or premium consumer-facing roles. • Prior experience with a premium or luxury retail brand with physical stores is essential. • Experience in assisted, consultative or solution-based selling. • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Naturally warm, confident and comfortable engaging with customers. • Strong listening skills with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs. • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. • Target-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment. • Basic knowledge of CRM, billing and computer applications. • Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
