YOUR MISSION Are you passionate about retail, leadership, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We are looking for a driven Retail Sales Associate who will be our key holder to join our team. In this role, you will lead by example on the sales floor, motivate your team to achieve outstanding results, and ensure every customer enjoys a premium brand experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Drive sales performance and achieve store KPIs.

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.

• Support daily store operations, inventory management, and loss prevention.

• Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed to the highest level.

• Analyze store performance and identify opportunities for growth.

• Previous experience in retail leadership or a supervisory role.

• A strong commercial mindset and passion for sales.

• Excellent communication and coaching skills.
