About the Role HiringCafe is seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate to drive sales and help manage on-site operations in Cordele, GA. This full-time role involves processing paperwork and contributing to store performance with a focus on handset and plan sales.
What You'll Do
- Drive sales and exceed quotas
- Manage day-to-day store operations and handle paperwork
- Assist customers with handset and plan selections
- Stand for extended periods and meet scheduling requirements (minimum 4 days/30 hours per week)
- Maintain reliable transportation and a professional presence on-site
What We're Looking For
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales quotas
- Experience or interest in handset and plan sales
- Able to stand for long periods; flexible schedule (minimum 30 hours/week)
- Reliable transportation and legal eligibility to work in the US (18+)
- High school diploma preferred; 1 year of retail sales experience preferred
- Spanish language preferred
Nice to Have
- Bilingual Spanish language skills
- Prior retail sales experience (1 year preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: USD 25,000 – 35,000 per year
