About the Role Lids is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and maintain store presentation. In this role, you will be the heartbeat of the store, helping customers find products that fit their style and team pride while keeping visuals and inventory up to standard. What You'll Do
- Generate Revenue and meet/exceed goals through customer service.
- Engage in store maintenance according to current visual guidelines, including proper sales, signage, and store cleanliness.
- Maintain a professional appearance per dress code.
- Protect Company assets and follow store policies.
- Participate in inventory management: processing shipments and resetting merchandise; assist with accurate product counts.
- Support and adhere to all LIDS Retail policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear and professional manner.
- Availability to work onsite in a part-time role; ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs; comfortable with shopping environment and customer interaction.
- Experience with a Point-of-Sale system and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to read and follow visual and written cues and work well in a team.
- Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, and perform duties on the sales floor. Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $17-$17 per hour (USD).
