What You'll Do
- Exceed customer expectations by practicing customer selling techniques.
- Adhere to stock loss controls in store.
- Ensure individual targets are met consistently.
- Maximise and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase sales.
- Maintain housekeeping and uphold our visual merchandising standards to optimise sales.
- Create an inspiring work environment and contribute to a fun, positive team culture.
What We're Looking For
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent.
- Clear criminal record.
- Proficiency in English and ability to communicate effectively.
- Customer service focus; friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality.
- Advantageous: 6 months of retail experience.
- Competencies: Honesty in dealing with cash and finances; Building & maintaining relationships; Innovation & change management; Thinking adaptability; Taking ownership.
Nice to Have
- 6 months of retail experience (advantageous).
