About the Role Burberry의 RETAIL OFFLINE 매장에서 매출 목표 달성 및 매장 주도 성장 전략 실행에 기여합니다. 신규 고객 개발과 기존 고객 관리, Burberry Experience를 일관되게 실천하는 것이 주된 목적입니다.
What You'll Do
- Burberry Experience를 포용하고 트레이닝 가이드라인에 따라 브랜드 이미지에 부합하는 서비스를 제공합니다.
- 개인 세일즈 목표를 지속적으로 달성합니다.
- 탁월한 대인관계와 커뮤니케이션으로 고객에게 서비스를 제공합니다.
- 적극적으로 고객을 발굴하고 로열티 있는 고객으로 육성합니다.
- 고객에게 이메일 발송으로 매장 재방문을 유도합니다.
- 최신 업데이트된 Client Book을 활용한 판매를 진행합니다.
- Visual Standards를 준수하고 버버리 가이드라인에 맞는 비주얼 테크닉을 사용합니다.
- Monthly Floorset을 이해하고 실행합니다.
- 제품 정리, 보충, 제 자리에 배치, 가격표 관리 등을 통해 매장 분위기와 재고를 관리합니다.
- Floor Presence & Maintenance를 통해 매일 시작과 종료 시점의 점검을 수행합니다.
- 피팅룸의 청결과 정리 상태를 유지합니다.
- Back of The House에서 마크다운 프로세스, 재고 관리, 세일 행사 지원 등 백 오피스 업무를 돕습니다.
- 창고 정리 및 필요한 물품 전달 등 보조 업무를 수행합니다.
