About the Role
The Burberry Retail Offline Sales role in Sunrise, FL is focused on delivering the Burberry Experience, achieving individual and store sales goals, and developing new customers while maintaining relationships with existing clientele. What You'll Do

Embrace the Burberry Experience and follow training guidelines and standards to reflect Burberry’s luxury brand standards and image

Consistently meet individual sales goals while exhibiting the Burberry Behaviours

Provide excellent customer service, strong selling skills, and a motivation to succeed

Demonstrate superior interpersonal and communication talents

Build customer loyalty through active client development and follow-through; maintain an up-to-date client book

Follow Cultivate requirements (emails, invites back to shop, reactivation, capture compliance)

Follow visual standards: maintain visual standards and floor sets; place tickets inside items and not visible to customers

Manage floor presence: arrive prepared, stay active on the floor, replenish merchandise, place back items, and maintain a clean selling space
-
Floor Maintenance: ensure floor is replenished and ready for the next day; end of shift tidy and ready for next day
-
Back of the House Support: assist in markdowns, bi-annual inventory process, stock room maintenance and organization; stock pulled must be put away in an orderly fashion

Participate in pre-sale goals, store contests

Ensure stock is properly stored and organized What We're Looking For

Relevant interest in Fashion / Design

Advanced knowledge of POS and store systems

A minimum of 1 year on sales, preferably in a luxury retail environment

Proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales targets

Excellent customer service level

Strong clienteling background
