About the Role Scalpers is seeking a store associate for our Barcelona point of sale to represent the brand values and image and to create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. The role involves contributing to store targets, keeping an organized sales floor, and ensuring timely replenishment of products. The position is a 24-hour weekly, temporary substitution role to cover a medical leave.
What You'll Do
- Represent the values and image of the Scalpers brand in-store and provide an exceptional client experience.
- Achieve store objectives and KPIs, and support day-to-day operations.
- Maintain store organization and product replenishment; manage stock using the RFID system; process receipts and vendor notes.
- Preserve store appearance according to visual standards and ensure orderly merchandising.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a positive, proactive, and flexible environment.
What We're Looking For
- Fashion-oriented with interest in current trends.
- Ability to attract and fidelize customers, with attention to detail and product knowledge to drive sales.
- Experience with store operations, inventory management (RFID), receiving, and replenishment.
- Ability to work in a team, maintain a positive attitude, be enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible.
